Overview¶
As part of the Early Adopter Program, we provide weekly office hours where you can get live support, ask questions, and collaborate with the USL team and other early adopters.
Schedule¶
Tuesday Sessions¶
Time: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM ET
Focus: General Q&A and Technical Support

Recording: Available 24 hours after session
Format: - 10 min: Week recap and announcements - 40 min: Open Q&A (raise hand feature) - 10 min: Preview of upcoming features

Thursday Sessions¶
Time: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM ET
Focus: Deep-Dive Technical Sessions

How to Attend¶
Before the Session¶
- Add to Calendar: Use the calendar invite sent via email
- Prepare Questions: Submit questions in advance via Discord (#office-hours-questions)
- Test Your Setup: Ensure Zoom works properly
- Review Previous Sessions: Check recordings if you missed any
During the Session¶
- Join on Time: Sessions start promptly
- Mute Yourself: Unless speaking
- Use Chat: For quick questions during presentations
- Raise Hand: To ask questions live
- Share Screen: If you need help debugging (with permission)
- Take Notes: Or rely on provided recordings
After the Session¶

One-on-One Sessions¶

Response Time: Within 24 hours (business days)

Tips for Getting the Most Value¶
1. Prepare in Advance¶
- Write down questions before the session
- Include code snippets or error messages
- Specify your environment (OS, versions, etc.)
- Note what you've already tried
2. Be Specific¶

Official Recordings: - All office hours are recorded by USL team - Available to early adopters only - Posted within 24 hours - Retained for duration of program - May be used for documentation (with permission)

A: Recordings are available, and you can schedule a 1-on-1 if needed.

A: Yes! All team members from early adopter organizations are welcome.
Q: Are office hours only during the pilot program?
A: Yes, this is an early adopter benefit. Alumni may have limited access after graduation.
Q: What if my question needs to be kept confidential?
A: Schedule a private 1-on-1 session instead.
Q: Can I request specific topics?
A: Absolutely! Post requests in Discord #office-hours-feedback.
Q: What if I have an urgent issue during office hours?
A: Mention it at the start or use the emergency hotline for production-critical issues.
